COVID-19 UPDATE

You may be aware that our site has been running a cut-back service over the last few weeks, due to the current ongoing situation. However, are pleased to say that going forward from this point, our online production unit is now fully operational for all products and services without any delays.

We are now pleased to let all our film enthusiasts know that our film processing lab will be reopening on the 15th June. We are sorry for the delay on this production but as all the film processing is located at our Didsbury site which is a retail store we haven`t been able to reopen it until we are safe to do so.

In order for us to do this in accordance with government guidelines for social distancing, we have temporarily reduced our staffing levels. Therefore, there may be some delays for items such as Photobooks and Wall Decor, while we complete the backlog and these areas return to normal production capacity.

We are satisfied that we can continue to operate safely and still provide a service to our photographers, who are relying on us for their business to function. We are continuing to follow government advice and in these unprecedented times will be sure to follow any further changes.
