FAQs

How quickly will I receive my prints?

All Standard Print orders received before 1pm are sent out the same day. For large orders please allow 48 hours lab time.


What if I order a mixture of products?

If you order a mixture of products this will slow your order down. Please see our Delivery / Production Info for each product this will give you an idea of time scale for you full order.


What Delivery options can I select?

We have 6 delivery options Recorded delivery, First class, Courier next day, Courier Noon, Airmail and Courier Off Shore.


What If I live in an Off shore location like Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Channel Isles, Isle of Wight or Scilly Isles?

We have 2 options either standard First class postage for items under 20"x16" or Courier Off Shore which is tracked and can be any size.


What If my order is consists of over sized products?

If you order consists of any products over 20"x16" in size (excludes large format prints.) You must Select COURIER If not selected we will contact you for further payment and this can slow your order down.


If I select next day courier will my order arrive next day?

If your order has only standard size prints on it and you have ordered before 1pm Monday- Friday only then your order should be with you next day apart from large print orders please allow 48 hours lab time for these.


Do your prices include VAT?

Yes, all prices on our website include VAT.


What are the delivery costs?

Please see our postage rate section for all of our prices. The prices are worked out on size and weight depending on how many prints and sizes you order. Click here for details.


Can I order Prints and have them sent direct to my customer?

Yes, of course you can. All you need to do is, in the comments section, please put "exclude invoice in shipment" and then the name and delivery address of where you want the order to go. We then send your order without any paper work and in unbranded packing.


What file format can I send?

Generally JPEG is the standard format but we can also work with TIFF files. As a rule please send JPEGs.


What is the biggest file I can send you?

We can deal with any size of file but the bigger the files the slower the upload time would be.


What profile should I assign?

Ideally you should assign our own profiles but if not then sRGB is very close. For more information click here.

What dpi should I use?

300dpi is the standard for a JPEG.


What happens if my prints don't arrive?

If your prints don't arrive or maybe lost in the post? If after 30 days your order doesn't arrive we will reprint your order free of charge.


What if my prints are damaged in transit?

All of our packing is made bespoke for us. Generally all our orders are received in perfect condition as our packing is tried and tested we very rarely get any orders damaged. If however your prints do get damaged will re print them free of charge?


What if I don’t get a confirmation email?

If you don’t get a confirmation email this would indicate that your order hasn’t been uploaded. However on the odd occasion our system can make a mistake please phone for confirmation if in doubt.


Why are your prices so cheap?

Our prices are so cheap as the system we have in place to handle your orders is very automatic and as we deal with hundreds of orders each working day we can pass on our savings to you.


What is your minimum order?

We don`t have a minimum order value.


What paper surfaces do you print on?

Glossy, Lustre, Pearl and many fine Art papers.


What type of paper do you print on?

Fuji standard crystal archive for glossy prints and Fuji DP Professional paper for the Lustre (this also has copyright written on the reverse of the paper) This suits our professional photographers very well.


What machines do you use?

We use state of the art Fuji Frontier 570 and 7700 Printers.


Do The Prints have any cut off? If I am adding text very close to the edges?

Yes, all machines do crop about 2-4mm, so please make sure you allow for this when sizing your files.


Can I have my prints without any back print on them ?

On selected orders pre-arranged with our lab (please note this is not a guaranteed service).


What happens to your waste chemical?

All our waste chemical is stored and then collected by a ISO4001 waste chemical company for safe disposal. All the silver from the waste chemical is collected to help with recycling.


What if I cannot get the Desktop kiosk to run?

If you are having problems with launching the Desktop kiosk there could be a number of reasons.

  • You could try disabling your firewall just while you upload as this can block the connection to our servers.
  • Disable any virus software as this can block the connect to our servers.
